By using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Our Services
Cyrus Recruitment Ltd provides recruitment and workforce solutions for the warehousing, logistics, and supply chain sectors. We offer temporary staffing, permanent placements, executive search, compliance verification, and workforce consulting. All services are subject to availability and specific client agreements.
We do not guarantee that any candidate will be offered a position or that any employer will hire a candidate. Placement outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including client decisions and candidate suitability.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.

4. User-Generated Content & Submissions
If you submit any information, CVs, application materials, or other content through the Site (“Submissions”), you grant Cyrus Recruitment Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Submissions in connection with providing recruitment services. You warrant that your Submissions are accurate, lawful, and do not violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any Submissions that we consider to be inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy (available separately) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Important: Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed £100 or the total amount you paid us, if any, in the preceding six months, whichever is greater.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at legal@cyrusrecruitment.co.uk and engaging in good-faith negotiations for a period of at least 14 days.
12. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyrus Recruitment Ltd regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
